Bradley: Time to make Swansea fans proud

New Swansea boss Bob Bradley is seeking home comforts at the Liberty Stadium after promising to inject some life into his side’s disappointing campaign so far.

The Swans’ search for a win stretched to seven games with 3-2 defeat away to Arsenal last weekend but the Welsh side showed signs of promise in Bradley’s first game in charge.

Having gone behind to Theo Walcott’s double, Swansea fought back and had the ten-man Gunners on the ropes for the last 20 minutes with Granit Xhaka sent off.

But with Swansea mired in the relegation zone, things need to change and fast – starting with Watford at the Liberty Stadium, where they have not won since beating Liverpool back in May.

And Bradley said: “Home form is vital. We have got to take points at home. We have got to feel the pride and the power of the home supporters and we have to give them something back in return.

“We need to make our loyal supporters see the football and the results they want to see.

“When people get to know me, they will see that my idea is to make sure the fans are proud of what they see on the field every single week.

“I want them to be excited to watch our football and see that the players are giving everything for the club and for them.”
