Foster eager to see out playing career at West Brom
West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster admits he is keen to see out the rest of his playing days at the Hawthorns after making his 150th start for the club.
Foster, who joined the Baggies in June 2012 following a season-long loan from Birmingham City, marked the milestone in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
Prior to City, Foster spent five years with Manchester United, making 12 appearances for the Red Devils, and has enjoyed loan spells at a host of clubs throughout his career, including Stoke City and Watford.
But the 33-year-old insists it is the Baggies faithful that have captured his heart, and hopes he can remain between the sticks for West Brom for many years to come.

“I was really happy to make my 150th appearance for the club against Sunderland,” he said. “I hope there is another 150 to come to be honest with you.
“I’m still feeling ok and I have got to a place where I can now manage my own body and make sure I am ready for a game on Saturday.
“If that means missing one or two training sessions in the week, then I know myself, that’s what I have to do.
“It’s a good achievement to make and I have loved my time here. This is the club I would like finish my career at.”
