Fulton ready to seize Swans opportunity
Jay Fulton has had to bide his time under Bob Bradley but the Swansea midfielder insists he is ready for more after getting his first Premier League start of the season.
The 22-year-old had featured once off the bench so far this campaign, but was given his shot in the 1-1 draw with Everton at the weekend.
He played 87 minutes, coming off with his side leading, only for Seamus Coleman to fire in a late equaliser for the Toffees.
And while Swansea are currently bottom of the table the Scot is confident he can help them work their way back up the table.

“I was very happy to get my first Premier League start. I’ve waited for my chance and worked hard in training to do the best I can,” said Fulton.
“I was happy with my performance. Hopefully I can keep putting in performances to stay in the team.
“Obviously we have a big game against Palace this weekend, and three points would be a really big boost for us. Hopefully I can play from the start and do what I can to help the team.
“In the changing room we spoke about taking the positives from the performance.
“In the first half we played good football. We knew they were going to come at us after the break and we showed a lot of grit and determination.”
