No pressure on Foxes claims Albrighton

Marc Albrighton is happy to let the pressure hang over FC Copenhagen as he and his Leicester City team-mates travel to Denmark for their next Champions League clash.

With expectations minimal ahead of the campaign, the Foxes have left plenty of people surprised after recording three wins from their opening three European fixtures.

Copenhagen were beaten 1-0 by the Foxes earlier this month but Albrighton knows it will be a whole different ball game at the Parken Stadium on Wednesday.

“They’ll want to win so it’s a massive game for them. We’ve put ourselves in a position where we can go there and enjoy our football and hopefully come away with some points,” he explained.

“It’s just another game to us. I don’t think we can take too much from how we beat them at our place.

“We obviously did well to get the result but we’re playing in their back garden now and they don’t want to lose there.

“With Copenhagen, they’ll be looking to go out and win the game so it’s going to be difficult, but we’re up for the fight.

“We’ve been doing so well in the Champions League so it’s good to go into them games and have confidence knowing the game means so much because it’s such a big tournament.”
