Okazaki insists Leicester City will bounce back following defeat to West Brom
Leicester City’s remarkable home record came to an end against West Brom but Shinji Okazaki insists they will bounce back against Watford.
The Foxes had not lost a league match at King Power Stadium since September 2015 prior to the 2-1 defeat to the Baggies at the weekend.
Tony Pulis’ men are renowned for their defensive resilience but they also showed enough in attack on Sunday to secure all three points with goals from James Morrison and Matt Phillips.
It was Leicester’s first defeat in five matches and they will head into their next Premier League contest with Watford on November 19 just two points above the relegation zone.

Okazaki said: “Both teams were dangerous, but 2-1 is disappointing for us. The atmosphere with us is difficult, but we have an international break now, so that’ll change things.
“Of course we have a good team and good supporters with a lot of energy. We will come back again.
“It was an important game, but West Brom are like us. They’re good at defending and quick on the counter-attack.
“They’re a very dangerous team. Maybe in the first few minutes, they were very good, but after that, we played a good game.
“It was difficult because the opponent is organised defensively and maybe we didn’t shoot enough.
“We didn’t have a bad first half, but the second half was very open and there were a lot of counter-attacks.”
