Puncheon: Pep will struggle at Palace
Pep Guardiola has successfully adapted to the Premier League so far, but Crystal Palace midfielder Jason Puncheon insists he won’t know what’s hit him when Manchester City visit Selhurst Park on Saturday.
City sit third in the table, just two points off top spot, and will fancy their chances against an out-of-sorts Palace side who sit 16th.
Since coming back to the Premier League in 2013, Palace fans have become well known for their vocal support – especially at Selhurst Park.

And Puncheon thinks that noise, coupled with Palace’s fast-paced game will unsettle the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager.
“It’s all new for Pep coming to Selhurst Park, I know that much. He’s not going to be ready for that. We’ll wait to see,” he said.
“Everyone has got their own way of playing. You’ve got to settle in your beliefs – but this is the Premier League. It’s excruciating and dangerous in many different types of ways.
“We’re looking forward to this match and bringing our A-game.”
