Bravo urges City faith in Guardiola
Claudio Bravo has come in for more flak than most at Manchester City this season after numerous costly errors, but the former Barcelona goalkeeper is now urging his teammates to stay strong.
City looked in fine form against Tottenham at the Etihad on Saturday, they led through Leroy Sane and Kevin de Bruyne before Son Heung-Min and Dele Alli rescued an unlikely draw for Spurs.
What’s more, City saw a clear penalty go begging after Andre Marriner failed to notice Kyle Walker push Raheem Sterling with the winger through on goal.
And despite the dispiriting result in Manchester, Bravo wants his side to keep faith in Pep Guardiola.

“It’s not a good feeling looking at how things developed. We had everything to win the game, but it’s the same old story: we had troubles creating chances and the other team, with less options, get the goals,” the 33-year-old said.
“We must be mentally strong, we must keep working hard, keep believing in what we’re doing. It’s the only recipe.
“We must always fight. Now we have had this downturn, but it can also happen to other teams. It’s the magic of the Premier League, anyone competes with you and can take points off you.
“We must firmly believe in our convictions and, more than ever, that our game will takes us to win many things.”
