Albrighton thinks break will help Leicester City
Leicester City may be on a run of four straight victories but Marc Albrighton still believes that the international break has come at the perfect time for the Foxes.
City are unbeaten since Claudio Ranieri’s sacking with Craig Shakespeare leading the Foxes to three straight Premier League wins and success in the Champions League against Sevilla.
Leicester are now six points clear of the relegation zone and have a Champions League quarter-final tie against Atletico Madrid to look forward to.
And after 15 games since the turn of the year, Albrighton thinks the rest period offered up by the international break will be much needed break for his side.
“To have got the three points and to have taken it into a big break like this is important because that’s what you dwell on over the next two weeks,” he said.

“It’s come at a good time for us because we’ve had a lot of games so it’s good to get this break now and we’ll come back fully refreshed for the next game.
“The Sevilla game really did take it out of us. It was a hard game and had to do a lot of running to cover a lot of ground.
“Emotionally, to have qualified was fantastic, but we know that we’ve got to be able to go again at the weekend and we did that.”
