Burnley boss Dyche flattered by star player interest
Burnley manager Sean Dyche says he is flattered that his star players are being linked with moves away to bigger clubs.
Striker Andre Gray and centre-back Michael Keane have played a large part in the Clarets’ outstanding campaign, which has seen them transform into a solid mid-table Premier League outfit.
Both are heavily linked with a move to pastures new this summer, with Tottenham and Southampton reportedly keen on Gray, and Keane attracting the attention of Chelsea and Manchester City.

But Dyche says it is a sign that the Premier League is taking his club seriously.
“I’ve said many times it’s that balance between people looking at your players and wondering where that will go then equally the respect where it shows that people are taking Burnley Football Club seriously,” Dyche said.
“The club, the team, the individuals, they’re taking us seriously and noticing that we’ve got some really good players.
“That’s good for the club that people are recognising that. It’s certainly good for myself and the staff to realise that we do work with these players and they do develop and improve.
“The more we do that en masse, the stronger the team gets and I think that’s been shown over a long period now.”
