Bilic: “Never say never” to Hammers’ Terry bid
West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has refused to rule out a summer bid for Chelsea captain John Terry as the defender prepares to draw a close to his 22-year spell at Stamford Bridge.
Terry, who will leave the Blues as the club’s most successful ever skipper, announced on Monday that he will be departing the London side when his contract expires at the end of the season.

Since his first-team debut in 1998, the 36-year-old has won four Premier League titles, five FA Cups, three League Cups, the Champions League and the Europa League.
He has indicated, however, that his playing days are not over just yet, and is expected to see out the rest of his career elsewhere.
And with a whole host of clubs expected to battle it out for Terry’s signature, Bilic admits the Hammers could well join in the scrum.
“We are going to see,” said Bilic.
“I’m a big admirer of John, he is one of the best that ever played, not only in that position but in general.
“He won everything, he did everything and we are talking about an England captain, a true leader.
“We are pretty well covered in that position, we have quality and we have experience, but we will see. You never say never.”
