Robson-Kanu looking to fire Baggies back into form
West Bromwich Albion striker Hal Robson-Kanu wants to repay his club’s fans for their support, as the Baggies look to shake off a poor recent run of form.
Robson-Kanu struck in the last match West Brom scored in, their 3-1 victory over Arsenal last month, before they embarked on their current drought of four games without a goal.
Tony Pulis’ side have been in the top half of the table for most of the campaign, but they’ll be keen to make sure that such a positive season doesn’t end with a whimper.
Robson-Kanu has been mostly used off the bench since signing on a free transfer from Reading following his heroics with Wales in Euro 2016, but he has become a popular figure at the Hawthorns.
“I had been at my previous club 12 years, which is a long time,” Robson-Kanu said. “To come into a new environment and be taken to by the fans so quickly was very special.

“My focus is on repaying that by continuing to put in the work and performances and to keep scoring goals. Hopefully I manage that this season and beyond.
“It’s not a massive group of players but we have good quality within it. Everyone is competing for places and that is the way it should be.
“Every game I have started I have given my best and worked my socks off. That shows in my performances.
“When you work like that and continue to put in your all, results come and performances come.”
