Robertson facing uncertain future with Tigers
Andrew Robertson’s time at Hull City could be coming to an end after he admitted he does not know where his future lies next season.
The full-back, who was the centre of a deadline day £10million bid from Burnley back in January, is reportedly being touted to make a return to the Premier League next season.
But the Scottish international will decide his future following his nation’s World Cup qualifying showdown with England next weekend.
The 23-year-old said: “The only thing I can really say is that all the players face uncertainty.
“There will be people moving on but, for now, I’m just focusing on this game in front of us. I do that because it’s so massive for the country.
“All I can do is play as well as I can on the day and I’ll worry about my future after that.
“I’ll sit down after this game with the people I need to talk to and decide if it’s right for me to stay at Hull or if I should look to move on. That’s not something I’m going to worry about until well into the summer.”
Robertson, who scored for Scotland in their 3-1 friendly defeat to England three years ago, arrived from Dundee United for just under £3million in the summer of 2014.
He is widely tipped to leave the KCOM Stadium this summer along with a number of other Tigers’ players, including defender Harry Maguire.
