Bravo desperate for Sanchez to sign for Man City

Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo has urged Alexis Sanchez to join him at the Etihad Stadium next season.

The Arsenal frontman is reportedly keen to ditch North London after a frustrating three seasons, culminating in the Gunners failing to qualify for the Champions League.

Sanchez, along with fellow star player Mesut Ozil, has just 12 months remaining on his contract – and the Chile striker is not close to agreeing a new one.

And Bravo, Sanchez’s teammate with Chile, has implored the 28-year-old to make the move north and join Pep Guardiola’s City revolution.

“I’ve said on numerous occasions, he’s one of the best players in the world,”he said.

“He plays at an incredible level for the national team and an incredible level at his club. He has a great future ahead of him.

“He’s always reaching new heights with the national team.

“It’s great to see him growing as a player. Of course, I would love to have him as a team-mate. But it’s not a matter just for the two of us. It’s something the clubs have to go through.”
