Wilshere will get lighter training load says Howe
Eddie Howe will take it easy with Jack Wilshere’s training during his loan move to Bournemouth.
The Arsenal star has played just 17 Premier League games in the last two seasons and Arsene Wenger wants his man to get quality time on the pitch.
But Cherries boss Howe admits there is a balancing act.
“He has to be fit and he has to be able to do himself justice,” he said.
“We need to maintain his fitness and we’ll have a flexible approach to training to ensure we get the best out of the player.
“We’re excited he’s here. It’s a positive move for him and the club and I’m looking forward to seeing what he can do and the level he can take us to.”

And Benik Afobe certainly believes his close friend will make a big impact as he seeks to get a run of first-time action.
The pair played together as eight-year old’s at Arsenal’s Hale End academy and Wilshere is godfather to new team-mate Afobe’s daughter Deliah.
“I think he’s world-class and I’m not just saying that because he’s one of my best friends. He’s up there with the top three I’ve played alongside,” he said.
