Ranieri: Foxes’ minds must be right for league return
Claudio Ranieri insists his squad must get their minds right when they turn their attentions back to the Premier League after another memorable night in the Champions League.
The Foxes’ form domestically and in Europe has been as different as chalk and cheese this year with more points, nine, collected in three Champions League games than in eight in the league.
Leicester fans enjoyed another Champions League victory, their third in as many games, on Tuesday night with a 1-0 victory over FC Copenhagen.
They welcome Crystal Palace to the King Power Stadium on Saturday and while Ranieri understands the difficulty players have switching between the two competitions, he is demanding improvements are made.

“When you play in a big competition you lose something when you go back to your league. That is normal but we want to change it,” the 64-year-old said.
“It’s just psychological because when we play in the Champions League our special qualities switch on. We are smart and focused in every situation. The Premier League is our priority.
“Of course also the Champions League because now in one month we are in or out. We are in a good position. Our destiny is in our own hands. We want to continue in this way.”
