Chadli enjoying link up with Pulis at West Brom
Tony Pulis has received plenty of criticism in his career for his style of football, but for recent West Brom signing Nacer Chadli, the manager was a big draw in him signing for the Baggies.
The Belgian international signed a four-year deal at the Hawthorns over the summer for a fee believed to be around £13m despite interest from other clubs.
And he has made a fine start to his career under Pulis, going into the weekend as the club’s leading scorer with four goals.
The 27-year-old admitted his morale is high after settling in so quickly at the West Midlands and credits the squad for his impressive start.
“There were a few options (in the summer) but in the end West Brom were pushing the most to get me and I had a talk with the manager and it was very positive,” Chadli explained.

“He’s a good guy, a good manager, he works a lot on training and I think it’s a good combination with the players and the manager.
“From day one the lads were very helpful with my integration and I think the fans and the staff have been very good, it makes me very happy and confident.
“I feel very confident with the people here, they are very good people and I’ve enjoyed it since day one.”
