Ladapo excited for Selhurst Park atmosphere
Crystal Palace welcome Spanish giants Valencia to Selhurst Park tomorrow and striker Freddie Ladapo cannot wait to get a run out in front of his home fans.
Ladapo signed for the Eagles from non-league side Margate on a two-year deal in March having impressed on trial.
After two wins and a draw in their pre-season tour to the United States, Palace have returned to English shores and registered wins over Colchester United, AFC Wimbledon and Bromley.

And 23-year-old Ladapo says he cannot wait to play in front of the vocal Selhurst Park faithful in Palace’s penultimate friendly before they begin their Premier League campaign.
“With Palace fans they’re always there, you hear them cheering you, supporting you,” he said.
“When we were in America there was quite a lot of them at our training sessions and we’re thinking, ‘how did they get all the way over the pond across to America?’
“I remember at the end of last season when I went to a few games, the atmosphere was tremendous, and it was really good to be around, so I know they’ll be there definitely.”
Crystal Palace complete their pre-season fixtures against Farnborough Town on Monday and take on West Bromwich Albion in their first Premier League game on August 13.
