Taylor ready for Premier League return
Forget the semi-finals of Euro 2016, Wales defender Neil Taylor has been running his socks off for Swansea City Under-23s in an attempt to gain match fitness.
Taylor, who has over 150 Swansea senior appearances to his name, turned out against West Brom alongside Ki Sung-Yueng and Gerhard Tremmel to get some miles under the belt.

And after 82 minutes with the development squad, Taylor says he’s ready to enter the Premier League fold.
“It was a good game, it was nice to get the minutes under my belt,” said Taylor.
“It is great to get that feeling of playing again. I have had a bit of time off after the Euros which was nice to enjoy but now it is all about getting myself match fit and ready for the Premier League campaign.
“You can only get that match fitness by playing games, which is why myself, Ki and Gerhard all wanted to be involved this week.
“We needed that competitive action to get fitness, any opportunity to play a game we will take but I feel ready for the season.”
