Blind: Tall order for Manchester United at Anfield
Daley Blind says Manchester United must use their height in order to come away with victory over fierce rivals Liverpool on Monday night.
A free-scoring Liverpool have done many things right this year – but defending set-pieces has been their Achilles heel.
Jurgen Klopp’s men have conceded four goals from corners in their last four games at Anfield and, in players such as Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, United have the aerial artillery to cause them problems.

Indeed their finest performance to date under Jose Mourinho came when they put defending Premier League champions Leicester City under set-piece siege at Old Trafford last month.
And Blind, who has often been on corner duty this year, admits the devil will be in the detail in such an emotionally-charged game.
“We have a lot of height in the box and we must use that,” said the defender. “Top-level football games are close and they can be decided with small details; set-pieces are one of them and it is an opportunity for us to score a goal.
“These are the games you live for when you are young, growing up wanting to be a footballer. It will be a tough game; we will have to play well but so will they.
“Games like this are played with a lot of emotion but, just like every game, we go into this to win. What is important is the result and we will try to get that.”
