Alli confident despite worrying Spurs form
Tottenham Hotspur’s Premier League form may be faltering at a crucial time of the season, but midfielder Dele Alli expects his side to get back on track and fight for the title.
Spurs have won just two of their last eight league games and slipped to a disappointing 1-0 defeat at Manchester United, last weekend.
The North Londoners sit fifth in the Premier League table, preparing to face Burnley, Southampton and Watford in a busy festive period.

And Alli, 20, believes the upcoming matches provide the perfect opportunity for Spurs to rediscover their best form and put pressure on the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal above them.
“We are a team that is confident in ourselves — we fancy ourselves against anyone,” he said.
“I think we need to be a little bit more consistent. We are still working on it and we are still working together as a team.
“But we have got a great side and we are happy to sit under the radar and just keep picking up points.
“When we find our rhythm, I am sure we will be a great team again.”
